Confined Beauty.

this is a submission for theExpress It! Contest . i used 2H, B, 2B, 6B, 8B, H, HB, and Crayola Peach colored pencils, putty eraser, qtips, cotton balls, blending stumps, artgum, mech. pencil 0,7 lead, and a regular eraser. the thing i was trying to portray was confined beauty, which came from something along the lines of never being able to break out of the shell of strangers judging me to see the true beauty inside,not the superficial one. i realize this isn't the best resolution b/c i had to use a photo to upload since my scanner is broken. i'll try to resubmit after it is fixed. i hope this won't affect how this is judged. this is my reference image:
